Guest Review: A Perfect Stay at Our Hidden Paradise

We’re always grateful when guests take the time to share their experiences, and this Agoda review perfectly sums up what makes our resort special! The high rating is not for nothing. We went to Mindoro Island unexpectedly and booked this accommodation, so I didn’t have high expectations, but I was truly very satisfied and wanted to leave a review. To summarize a few points:

1. 1. Clean and pleasant space: The room is spacious and very comfortable. Koreans probably dislike musty environments, but the air here was so fresh and pleasant that it was wonderful to stay there. The room, though not brand new, was well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. The bed was particularly high and large, allowing for a restful sleep. I didn’t use the swimming pool, but the owner was continuously attending to the water, so it was clean and great for families to play in. I also felt that the owner was diligently working on improving and carefully maintaining the property.
   2. Private monkey beach: The main reason I booked was for the private beach. Honestly, I thought I would definitely come back because of this. It’s still under construction, and if you’re not someone who struggles with climbing high stairs, you can really enjoy a hidden private snorkeling spot. There are many beautiful fish that even scuba diving boats come nearby. The water near the private beach isn’t too deep, and the visibility is good, making it a fantastic place to play. I heard you can see monkeys, but unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any. It was great that we could enjoy snorkeling right in front without booking an external tour. They said they plan to finish construction by 2025, and I definitely want to return after that.
   3. Kindness from start to finish: From the staff to the owners, everyone is incredibly friendly. It’s not an overwhelming kind of kindness, but a genuine warmth from really nice people offering their help. I hesitate to list all the ways they were kind, fearing it might create undue pressure for them, but during our short two-night stay, they helped us with so much. That’s why, even though I don’t usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to do so this time.
   4. Location: It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Sabang Beach, so it’s a bit far. However, we love walking, so it was fine for us. The roads are steep and there are some stray dogs (who aren’t interested in people), making it not an easy stroll, so I’d only recommend it for those who are fit. However, they offer free round-trip service to Sabang Beach twice a day at specific times, so you shouldn’t worry too much about the location.

Overall, the breakfast was delicious and everything was great, so I plan to stay here again if I go to Mindoro Island. Wishing you prosperity in the future!

“완벽한 숙박!”

평점이 괜히 높은게 아니었어요. 갑작스럽게 민도로섬을 가게 되어 예약한 숙소라 큰 기대는 안했는데 진짜 대만족해서 후기를 남깁니다. 몇가지 포인트를 정리하자면, 1. 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 관리된 공간 방이 넓고 너무 쾌적합니다. 한국인분들은 아마 꿉꿉한 걸 매우 싫어하실텐데 공기가 너무 보송보송하고 쾌적해서 지내기 너무 좋았어요. 그리고 방도 신식은 아니어도 깔끔하게 잘 관리되어서 정말 휴양하기 딱 좋았어요. 특히 침대가 높고 커서 편하게 숙면을 취했습니다. 수영장도 이용하진 않았지만 계속 주인분께서 물관리를 하시더군요. 그래서 물도 깨끗하고 가족분들이 놀기 딱 좋다고 생각했어요. 그외에도 주인분께서 계속 이 숙소를 더 좋게 개선하고 세심하게 관리하고 있다고 느꼈어요 2. 프라이빗 몽키비치 전용비치가 있어서 사실 예약했는데 솔직히 이거 때문에 꼭 다시 가야겠다 생각했어요. 아직 공사중이라 높은 계단을 오르고 내려가는게 좀 힘드신 분들이 아니시라면 진짜 숨겨진 전용 스노쿨링장을 프라이빗하게 즐기실 수 있습니다. 스쿠버 다이빙하시는 배들이 근처 와서 하고 갈정도로 예쁜 물고기가 많습니다. 전용 비치 근방은 물도 많이 안깊고 시야 확보도 잘되고 너무 놀기 좋았습니다. 원숭이도 볼수 있다던데 저희는 아쉽게도 못봤습니다. 외부 스노쿨링 투어 상품 예약 안하고 오히려 바로 앞에서 즐길 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. ’25년 중에 공사를 완료 하실 계획이라고 하시던데 그 이후로 꼭 다시 가고싶어요. 3. 처음부터 마지막까지 친절함 끝판왕 직원분들부터 주인분들까지 너무나 친절하십니다. 부담스러운 친절이 아니라 정말 좋으신 분들이 호의를 베푸는 친절함입니다. 하나하나 나열하면 주인분들께서 괜히 친절함에 강박이 생기실까봐 말하기 그렇지만 짧은 2박동안 너무 많은 걸 도와주셨어요. 그래서 제가 리뷰 귀찮아하는데도 이렇게 남기게 되었습니다. 4. 위치 사방비치에서 걸어서 30분 소요되어서 살짝 거리가 있습니다. 사실 저희는 걷는 걸 너무 좋아서 잘 걸었지만. 길도 오르락 내리락이 심하고 길거리 개(사람한테 관심 없음)도 좀 있어서 편한 산책길은 아니니 튼튼하신 분들만 추천드립니다. 다만, 하루에 2번 특정시간 동안에 사방비치까지 왕복 서비스를 무료로 제공합니다. 그래서 위치 걱정은 크게 안하셔도 될 것 같습니다. 무튼 조식도 맛나고 이래저래 너무 좋았어서 전 민도로 섬 가면 또 여기 묵을 예정입니다. 앞으로도 번창하세요 : )
